EVANGELINA MILLER  grew up immersed in Latin and classic American Comfort foods because of her families love of eating and moving back and forth between Latin America and California-the flavors of these cuisines tend to be direct and uncomplicated. Evangelina enjoys fusing them together using local, in season and organic ingredients.
